Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth back into the shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.

  Ship the Package

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our distribution center; we recommend using a signed-for service to guarantee safe delivery.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the frames, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
